In March, 2012, “Low Temperature & Voltage Aluminum Reduction Technology” developed by the Strategic Alliance on Technology Innovation for Clean Production and Recycling Utilization of Aluminum Resources” was listed as the key project for Supporting Role of S&T to Promote Stable and Fast Economic Development released by the State Council, as well as one of the main targets for “Strengthen Technical Reform and Promote Technical Development “ under Reconstruction & Revitalization of Non-Ferrous Metals Industry.
