NEUI organized and applied for qualification of postdoctoral innovation practice base of Liaoning Province in 2013 and passed the examinations 

by competent authorities. In November 2013, NEUI received a Certificate of Qualification jointly issued by the Liaoning Department of Human 

Resources and Social Security and Liaoning Department of Science, which builds a platform for NEUI to promote the combination of production, 

study and research, attract and utilize high-level talents.
