Shanxi Luneng Jinbei Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.

 Shanxi Luneng Jinbei Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is a state owned large scale alumina enterprise. Phase I, 1,000kt/a alumina project, was put into production at the end of May, 2006. Based on the characteristics of diaspore, the world’s largest slurry diaphragm pump, domestic largest digester and evaporator have been installed for the project. This project has also created two new records in the nonferrous metals industry, i.e. the shortest construction period of 19 months and the shortest commissioning period of less than 10 days. The secretary of CPC committee of Shanxi province praised it as “Luneng Speed”.
